Transitions are inevitable.

Will you flounder?

Or will you flourish?

Have you ever wondered...

  • I'm not sure how to navigate this next chapter.
  • I can't believe I got laid off. Now what?
  • Is this opportunity a good fit for me?
  • What talents do I have to offer?
  • How am I wired?

Through life circumstances, it's often unclear which path to take, you can become paralyzed by decisions, or you can doubt yourself. Understanding your skill set and knowing your particular composition, allows you to make decisions based on your values, talents and passions. This insight will give you a filter for any career or transitional changes you face and the confidence you need to move forward.

Life has brought me many transitions, from being a college athlete to working with college athletes; from being single to being married with a kid; from living in the north to the south, from the east to the west. And as the wife of a retired Air Force Officer, I've had to navigate multiple transitions with my husband.

Through many of the assessments and exercises I utilize in my coaching services, I uncovered what mattered to me and how I was uniquely created. With this discovery, I have found ways to leverage my skill set . My passion is to help others discover their uniqueness .and to encourage them to live out of those distinct values and talents.

I lost my job and was unsure of how to go through an interview process since it has been 6 years since I interviewed. Jodi offered her services and I jumped on it for help. I landed the job! I believe I landed the job because in my interview I was confident in who I am. Jodi helped me see my character traits and how those traits are beneficial to others. Whether this is for a job or in life itself, Jodi helped me to have confidence in how I have been made and that who I am is beneficial to others!
