While there are many valuable personality assessments out there that help us understand what we do, the Enneagram digs deeper into the WHY do we do what we do. There are 9 Enneagram Types and each Type has a different and valid way of looking at the world. As you understand how you view things, and how they differ from others, you’re not only able to embrace your uniqueness, but also embrace the uniqueness of those around you.
Beginner Enneagram
Coaching

In this 75 min session, we will discuss the Enneagram and narrow down your Type. As you understand the core fears, longings and desires associated with your main Type, you will discover ways you can experience lasting transformation and help you relate to others. 

Advanced Enneagram Coaching

We will take a look into your Type, to help you understand your inner world and how you relate to those around you. Understanding different elements of your specific Type will help you live a healthier life. This session will focus on areas for growth to encourage you to embrace your uniqueness and guide you to lasting transformation. Offered in a one time 55 min session, or five 55 min sessions for optimal growth.

Enneagram Coaching for Couples

In these 90 minute coaching sessions, you and your spouse will take a deeper dive into your types, to help you understand your inner worlds and how you relate to one another. Understanding different elements of your specific Type, as well as your spouse’s, will help you have more understanding and grace in your marriage.

Team Coaching

Want to know how to work better with your coworkers? Let’s do some group coaching. The minimum requirement is a 1 hour typing session per team member, looking at the 9 core Enneagram Types to narrow down their Types. The following sessions will be tailored to your desired goals and outcomes. Topics may include conflict and coping styles, communication styles and how to affirm each Type.
